Celia has had a total of nine books published worldwide, translated into ten different languages, and she's contributed to many others. Celia’s TV career started in 2001 with a 25-part series called ‘Vegging Out’ which she wrote and presented (produced by Action Time for Taste CFN).
Since then, she has made dozens of appearances on several food programmes, live and recorded, including James Martin’s Saturday Morning (ITV), Saturday Kitchen (BBC), Market Kitchen (UKTV Food), and in the USA on PBS and The Food Network.

Celia has written extensively about food and travel for print and web. She previously had regular columns in ES magazine, The Times online, and BBC Good Food magazine, and has been featured in olive magazine and Food & Wine (US). She currently writes regularly for the Borough Market website and contributes to their award-winning magazine Market Life.
